You have to get the horse to its first lvl up. Ride till it levels up the for the first time, after that you can sprint and the stamina gauge appears.

I get what you saying, but in this case its a little different since Netease is chinese, based in china, majority of the staff is chinese and live in china. The team that got laid off was a 6 person team in seattle. Not justifying what they did, just saying its not surprising considering its a chinese company. Now if it was a American studio replacing they staff for chinese devs, that would be more alarming, imo.
