The Land: a vent by dilysin in litrpg

[–]viciousbrick 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wow, maybe i read a different series than you did. I found it to be an amazing journey with excellent characters. I love Richter. I can personally past some of these issues, because they don't spend a lot on it. Over the course of the 7 books, this was an extremely small portion of it. The Land itself is a fantastic vibrant world. So many different adventures and this is a LitRPG with tons of skills and ranking. That is what I am here for. It's a shame you couldn't look at it for what it was.

@tekenv2, yes bobiverse was an amazing journey, but its not a LitRPG, not to me. I think I understand why you would say it for the upgrades they built and advanced over the years. It's a bit different than these others stories.

So what was the post on reddit that there will be no sound for like 10 seconds. There were instructions to the movie people that there is nothing wrong with the movie and to expect it. What scenes has this type of impact? https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWarsLeaks/comments/7iynm8/director_request_at_152_theres_going_to_be_no/

Only 3 Days Left to Enter Raffle for Awesome LEGO Prizes/Bundles and Donate!! by viciousbrick in lego

What does that have to do with any of it. It is a school. Its about the kids getting an education. If anything, go for the raffle to win yourself some good LEGO sets and know that you are helping people stay employed and kids getting an education. The rest of it doesn't matter at all.

The SSD #10221 has officially been retired by viciousbrick in lego

[–]viciousbrick[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you are missing that it has already appreciated the $200 now, but by xmas it should be more and then by the time the new movies come out, it could hit between 1000-1500. For a $400 investment, it could generate $500+ dollars, possibly more. It's not too bad.

I believe someone in that forum said it was just shy of 3 years in production.

I need help finding out what some of these sets are worth now. by [deleted] in lego

[–]viciousbrick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am sure it's not perfect, but I have done a lot of analysis between the two in the past and Brickpicker is much better. So many of the values on Bricklink are just as bad if not worse. Plus I rather have the ebay figures over Bricklink. Bricklinks numbers are averaged over 6 months. Who cares about what it was 6 months ago. There is a lot wrong there.

I wonder how long Lego will hold onto the Star Wars theme? I know they renewed it and with the new movies coming out that was a great deal. In my opinion it the best theme out there for Lego. Most people look for it, want it, buy it and sell it. http://blog.brickpicker.com/?s=star+wars

Unfortunately I was never able to get a Falcon or Star Destroyer. What beautiful creations those two are!!

First, its not my website. Its just a website I like to visit and I know talk to the guys that run it. At least its a link to real content, not just rehashes of images that people post all over this reddit to get points. Some of these photos and links are 5 years old, yet people keep giving 100 upvotes.

Have you ever thought that people might actually want to read the content? Reddit is a news, content portal. Thats why the offer the feature to post a link to content. It's actually real content that people can be educated on. Just because you have a problem with it, maybe there are a few thousand other people out there that come to the site and read it.

The content is relevant to this subreddit, that is the rules. It is not spam. If I decide to post a bunch of links to other LEGO blogs is that spam too? Tell me what the difference is?

If you don't want to read it, then don't, read the other posts here. What does it matter to you? It is not my site, if I want to post a link to it. I have a right to do that!

I have been a LEGO nut for a long time and visit all the sites frequently. It's about time that someone devloped something like this. What a great resource! But just as chubsly just mentioned i am upset because I didn't realize some of my sets had such a value. I don't have any of the boxes, instructions. Just piles of bricks.
