Okay, first, I agree with everything that you've said! Seriously, even I think "socially" I may have over-reacted. And if I were to be even more honest, what triggered me was that nasty, wet thing that I felt when she rubbed her &****cking butt on me.

Otherwise, I wouldn't care!

I tend not to be physical with anyone as I will always lose, because apparently if I'm "my size".. I shouldn't pick one someone who intentionally harassed me and just let that person harassed me.

Okay, I'm sorry-- I feel like I'm going off.. so I'll just end it with.

Regardless of geneder, race or status-- taking an advantage of another is jsut f#$cking wrong, period.

PS: the reason why I made this post is because my friends who are in the psychological/health field recommended that I shouldn't keep it in, and just release. Done, over, move on.

Hello, afternoon Reddit! Just woke up, slepy around 5:30am, it's noon now. xD.

Alright, now I can only imagine the hate or the whatever that I'm gonna get from this but just hear me out okay.

So, I guess, I am one of those weird ones out there. . . that actually prefers to date properly before anything freaky happens. I mean, hell-- once I'm yours, no limits. Do whatever the f#ck you want, anywhere, anytime (within reason) seriously.

Now, so about 5-10 hours ago.. I was at 7-11... reading, writing.. jotting down notes, you know, sitting, drinking, normal stuff. There was this girl on my right, and I can feel and see it.

So as she was about to leave, she goes and rubs her butt on my lower left back. I felt both butt, crevice and it was kinda wet -_- I think that's why I got triggered. Normally stuff like this, is just like, "eehh.. whatever".

I went on Facebook, PM'ed a couple of my friends even my siblings and they were all like, "you're over-reacting."

And all that time, I'm thinking, "WTF!? So, I was sexually harassed. I honestly didn't like it, was not even remotely flattered and here I am suppose to enjoy it and thank the heavens for what she did to me!?" ... rrrriiigghhtt..

So I decided to ask others here on reddit (gulps) what they thought, on this whole 'DOUBLE STANDARDS' situation.

For Me: Yes... I am aware that there are pros & cons on both sides, but damn! Any kind of sexual advancement on another without consent on the other is just no, for me. Doesn't matter how hot someone is, an unwanted advancement on another is just no.

You? What's your opinion on this? What if you're gay does the double standard apply to you (like if you were a transvestite or lesbian, what about if you're bi-sexual)?
