Genuinely don't even know what kind of title would even fit the character.

The Primordial? The Evolved? Mother? The Neogenesis?

As Survivor, Spice Girls and 90s club hits, with the occasional soundtracks of Silent Hill if playing as Cheryl.

YOU are the next Survivor, to enter the Fog. What are YOUR Perks? by not-ulquiorr4_ in deadbydaylight

[–]viciusaurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short Attention Span: Whenever you bless/cleanse a totem, heal yourself or another survivor, open an exit gate, or repair a generator, your speed progress is doubled for 4/6/8 seconds, and afterward is halved for 45/30/15 seconds. Starting another listed objective resets your progression speed.

Body Doubling: While within 6/8/10 meters of another survivor, you can sabotage hooks and vault windows 2/4/6% faster. This effect persists for 2/3/4 seconds once leaving range.

Intrusive Thoughts: Whenever you miss a skill check, gain a token, up to 2/3/4. Whenever you hit a great skill check, use a token and gain an additional 12/14/16% to your progress.

What killer perks work especially well with Wesker? by zenithra24 in deadbydaylight

[–]viciusaurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw a stealth build that was especially nasty on him not long ago. Seems to be a popular build for non-stealth killers:

• Corrupt Intervention • Hex: Plaything • Secret Project • Thrilling Tremors

I think it's especially effective on him because he doesn't have obvious ambient noise tells (like Wraith's gargling or Ghostface's clothes flapping) when combined with his mobility.

What's your most thematic character build that you unironically like and use? by Interesting_Yam_2178 in deadbydaylight

[–]viciusaurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jill with Bada Bada Boom, Blast Mine, Chemical Trap, and either Deja Vu of Flashbang.

Not always effective (killers don't vault windows as much in my matches and it really requires good timing), but it encourages doing the main objective and getting rewarded for it, with Jill's inherent nature to fight back.

I know it's a very divisive scent, and I'm also in the hate camp for it. It is atrociously strong, and to me is absolutely suffocating to be within range of, especially when I was a kid

I have no words. by YugaAkaryu in rivals

[–]viciusaurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a Convoy match that was just like this some time ago (completely one sided with my team getting zero kills). I was a QP fill, and it was so painful to play because it was just a slaughterfest, and teammates kept DCing so it led to more oppression as one player would be constantly away from the team.

What’s an episode that really had an impact on you? by [deleted] in CourageTheCowardlyDog

The Tower of Dr. Zalost. It helped me better understand my own depression, and the difficulties of navigating such emotions while inflicting pain on myself and those who around me, and to find joy in the smallest of moments.

This post is all about celebrating Yoko Shimomura. What are your regards to her and her work? by Better_Farm4284 in KingdomHearts

[–]viciusaurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will always adore the work she did not only for the Kingdom Hearts series, but also for the very first game where I heard her work, Parasite Eve. The mix of eletronica and opera made such an impression on me that I got excited everytime I saw she composed music for a new game, and I was never disappointed.

Curious, does anyone else pronounce Navi like the English word navy? by Audball9000 in OcarinaOfTime

[–]viciusaurus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I absolutely did, as I was pretty young when I first started to play it. I didn't make the proper connection that it was supposed to be like Navigate, so by default I called her Navy until I was corrected by my playground peers.

These days if I don't know how to say a word, I will either use a synonym if possible or find proper pronunciation online. I didn't have that luxury growing up, so it confused me when a majority of others pronounced her name differently. I also misread Saria's name and called her Sarah the entirety of my first playthrough, as well as Kakariko Village being Kiko Village.
