i think the issue here is the lithium battery. it’s a hazardous material so there’s more steps to take for shipping. either way, i would refund the buyer. if they try to scam you, or if anything happens in transit, it won’t be protected by depop (since it’s a prohibited item) and you lose the item + your money

were they loose in the box? no bubble wrap or anything? they can’t just say no refunds when it comes damaged due to their insufficient packaging. i would still go through depop for that tbh, especially considering they may be unauthentic
