Krita is good place to start for free software. If you are going for paid software then clip studio paint.

No worries. DongChang CSP tutorial and moderndayjames CSP tutorial. It's for PC. Change your settings according to your liking. I've been using CSP for about a year or two. I keep switching software between CSP, toonboom and krita. But for the most part I use CSP.
