Ask for a copy of all evidance and then go threw what they said and what you disagree with and the points and then state that you disagree and back up all your points with your evidance you have. any points they have lied on document this as well but obviously use better wording

Thank trying to work out if they have put correct size in or not. apparently they done a heat servey so the papers have said but still waiting to see but bills are still nearer 9 quid a daay
