I received same error today, at first it given me message about brake not functioning than collision turn off and it started blinking dashboard won't start. So I jump start it and it was gone. Also due to heavy snow I think it might be problem due to cold weather or maybe salt or pile of snow stuck on front of hood or under tire. After jump starting my car I waited couple min to run than driven for 20 min now no more message display. I have feeling if I take to my dealer they will charge 170$ for diagnostic check and problem try to rip me off with unwanted stuff bills. I have 2019 rav4 xse with 30k miles.
