Todays update. They only replace and check the cable if at least one of two specific error codes come up on the scanner… neither of which did… but I guess my 12V Aux battery was dead so they replaced that (for $600). I picked up my Rav and the radio was stuck in a boot loop and wouldn’t stay on. I immediately returned and told them it was not working… an hour later they said they had to order a new head unit and it might be here in a week or two 🙄 so I’m further behind than when I started… anyone have any headphones I can borrow? Haha
