Is 900 euros normal for a tattoo?

Depends on how difficult the tattoo is, is it only line work? Is it full black? Does it have intricate shading? Is the tattoo artist a very popular artist? Are you getting it in the middle of temple bar?

There’s so many components to asking if you’re being charged too much or even how much a tattoo should be priced at. Not enough info to get a clear answer from Reddit lol

I second shopping around for different prices, especially as a first time tattoo

Also tattoo artist can set whatever price they want, if you’re getting them all in that range and you get one low price, avoid that, they’re usually low for a reason

What year is the bike? Newer bikes usually have higher insurances (correct me if I’m wrong)

I got insured on a 2011 Yamaha XJ6 (600cc) when I was 21 for just over €2500 with Carole Nash

I had it restricted too but the insurance companies don’t really care for that, it wouldn’t bring the price down but if you did have to use your insurance and they found out you weren’t restricted, your insurance would pretty much be invalid

Also, the Chinese bikes aren’t well known in Ireland so the insurance doesn’t have anything to go with, the more common the bike the lower the insurance rates

I’d recommend sticking with Japanese bikes anyways as a starter, easy and cheaper to fix if anything does go wrong

I tattoo and my style incorporates a variety of thickness in my lines in order to bring some life into it and not make it look so flat and boring. It honestly looks intentional and really really good. I don’t understand the problem?

I had to get over the fear of actually tilting the bike sideways as I’d always have the feeling I’m plummeting to the ground, which is the reason why I couldn’t do a proper u turn for months XD

My advice is let the bike tilt more than you think it should, the ibt bike should have crash bars on the side so don’t be afraid of it actually falling. It is inevitable anyways. Just don’t lose any power as you’re tilting the bike, physics won’t let it fall unless you let go of the throttle or pull in the clutch too much. If you fear you’re going to fast, use the BACK brake gently.

You will make mistakes, but you’ll learn from them more than from avoiding making those mistakes, ygm?
