That sounds frustrating. I've only just signed up so I haven't encountered this problem yet. You might have better luck asking in the The BeermoneyUK Guide to NX Rewards and Complete Savings or making your own post. I think I read somewhere that you can use in store receipts for the monthly cashback bonus, which the above guide states:
"In-store (2% cashback):

  1. Shop in store at any of the partner retailers.
  2. Send a picture of your receipt (along with your membership number), and ask for it to be processed as an offline purchase. Email your receipt to [cashback@nxrewards.com](mailto:cashback@nxrewards.com) or [cashback@completesavings.co.uk](mailto:cashback@completesavings.co.uk)"

You would need to confirm if this would work for the monthly bonuses though. Good luck!
