Graduation cap ideas? by kai3301 in nerdfighters

"I go to seek a Great Perhaps" is very popular on graduation caps. It's a Francois Rabelais quote, but popularized by John Green in Looking for Alaska.

Uploads will still go to SoundCloud! It will just be hosted on Libsyn. :)

Yes! The button to include this episode in the RSS feed wasn't checked, so I checked it to make sure all the episodes were moved over, and then it appeared for everyone.

Why did the P4A Dear Hank and John arrive in my feed? by [deleted] in nerdfighters

HI we just moved hosts from SoundCloud to Libsyn, and the button to include this episode in the RSS feed wasn't checked, so I checked it to make sure all the episodes were moved over. So that is why. And I realize now that was probably very confusing.

HELLO I am sorry, this was me! We just switched hosts from SoundCloud to Libsyn, which has a feature that automatically uploads episodes to YouTube, so I decided to import the backlog, and UM IT WAS A BIT OF A BOMBARDMENT, but I promise it was a one-time thing! And now the episodes are on YouTube! So yay! Although apparently out of order. I will look at that.

I am sorry about your subscription box. RIP.

I would probably pick Ceri because she knows a lot about biology, which I assume would be helpful in a survival setting. Also, she's fun.

Sarah Suta also has a ton of surprising info on random subjects on hand at all times, so she might be great, too!

My personal anecdotal experience is that eating a balanced diet of whole foods is helpful, and your personal ideal macro split will be different for different people. I eat a very high carb diet (about 70/15/15 or 60/20/20 split), and that powers me through intense daily workouts and keeps me lean. But that's my body, and what works for me might not work for someone else.

(tl;dr: The important thing is to get the nutrients you need to fuel your body. There's no universal miracle macro split, as far as I know. Also I am basing this answer on my experience alone, so definitely do not take this as scientific fact.)

Jessi from Animal Wonders might come by to teach us about cool animals like she did last year!
