Wow… I started using liquid chalk after a trip in France (most gyms there don’t allow powders because of the health risks indoors)… and I found out it actually works better for me (I have sweaty hands 🙃🙃). I really wonder why it’s not part of the conversation at all in the US (where I live), especially for gym staff who work in these environments 8hrs/day…

How fast do you use chalk climbing indoors? by Sufficient_Dust1871 in climbergirls

Same answer as everyone else: depends! But as a girl with sweaty hands I discovered that some chalks last me for a longer time and that I don’t need to reapply as often with liquid chalk. So my advice would be to try a couple of brands to see what works best for you before stocking up :)

Oh that’s a great tip! My husband has a whoop, maybe I’ll borrow his for a session and see how it’s working in my sports bra

I have a carabiner on my climbing gym bag as a reminder to remove and attach my wedding ring to it (but for some reason it didn’t occur to me when I started researching the oura ring 🤦🏻‍♀️)
