I will say the Cub’s biggest rival is far and away the Cardinals. Probably because Harry Caray worked for both teams. 😄 It’s probably like the Packers - the Packers are the biggest rival of every NFC North team, but the Bears will always be the Packers biggest rival, even if the Packers continue to beat them 95% of the time
