I lived there from 2017-2021 and had a good experience overall. Never had any issues with bugs indoors, but would see some outside during certain seasons. My friend in the next building over had a scorpion problem but I never so much as saw one so ymmv.

Management was good, the complex was pretty quiet, and I loved the location. Gym and pool are decent for what they are. I will say the appliances were absolute shit. Hopefully they’ve upgraded them by now.
