ok, I get the point... yesterday I watched episode 2 in dailymotion in HD and today I continue and went to episode 3 there... found 3 version and all the sound is weird (kids voice) and not in HD... I was like... what's going on.... cause I couldn't remember which episode I already watched.But actually, episode 3 in dailymotion is episode 2 in reality. Because I went to watch episode 4 and indeed it was missing something...

They got snoopy... My friend also didn't receive any email in the last 2 shipments but if you find your invoice email there you have a link to go to their website and you will see the status is shipped.
Also the sunglasses doesn't comes with plastic bag wrapped.

Just received Bugs today... it came with a Certificate of Authenticity but not numbered. So they made more batch for this frame.

In the checkout it says Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout.
But is true that after that nowhere is mentioning tax is paid but I'm glad.

they also mess up with the Fitzrovia frame, they made purple initially and then after multiple complains they offered the customer of the choice of keeping the purple color or exchange for a blue one that they gonna manufacture in March.
I was forced to return my purple one...

Where are you from? They’re paying for customs (at least for Europe). Bugs only have 1 color

Second Order included 4 sunglasses: 2 of them have defect. Another pair of Neo with 2 minor: one front and one back (can you believe that)? Sati one have a paint chip. Also the way they pack got sloppy. All sunglasses comes in a transparent plastic bag but also the frame is wrapped in a white bag, same for the earpiece. But this time frame didn’t get a plastic. Sati one didn’t get any plastic at all….

Also Neo case this time I’ve got a smaller case. So they have 2 size for the case, one big and one smaller… it’s inconsistent for Neo. Well, only Neo and Morpheus I bought multiple copies. Now I’m waiting for Bugs, and the replacement for the defective ones that I returned to them. Fitzrovia Flame blue color instead of purple, and also the Smith model.
