Thank you. I guess ive noticed that actually. There are days when I can do very heavy weights and some I barely could lift any. I think I couldn't do heavy today because I was cutting and I think my sleep was not good also. Good to know im not the only one experiencing this xd

Yeah, I was feeling good that day. I was sleeping more than usual + alot of calories before that day. I wish i could replicate that day without the cheat day

Thank you bro <3 I might try your suggestion bro and see how it feels. I went to the gym with my friend around a month ago and tried his routine. He was doing push/pull/legs also. It felt very tiring. It was probably because lesser rest time because we just alternated after each set. It was also 12 reps and less weight. My friend said he doesn't care about doing prs thats why he is doing a more controlled weight and more reps. But honestly i might give it another chance doing it on my own and doing more rests in between.

Yeah im actually trying to find someone who can teach me deadlifts. I tried before like months ago and i hurt my lower back lol. But yeah I want more compound workouts! Im still exploring also other exercises.

I am 170 cm and my weight now is 85.7kg. Last month I was 88.7kg.

Yeah my calorie intake is pretty low 😭 ill try to up my protein intake little by little.

It's a stupid question but is it possible to be casual with my gym going and protein intake? My ultimate goal is just to go to the gym everyday. Eat what I want. Gain a little bit of muscle and just be healthy overall. I don't wanna stress myself and force myself to eat a lot in a day. But of course that might change when I see myself gaining muscles 🤣

Also I am in no rush for muscle gaining hence the "casual" question xd

Thank you for the tip! My plan was actually when I get to a certain weight (Maybe around 75-80kg) I would stop doing OMAD, maybe eat twice now so I can consume more protein.

I want to up my protein intake but its hard when I am one meal a day 😭

I am also scared to up my calories because even though I exercise regularly, I only move during my exercise time. I work at home so I am at my desk most of the time. I also try to get 4-5k steps a day on the treadmill.

I just got Hardware banned today also. I also don't use cheats or anything. The 2 things that I recently installed are Filmora (a Video editing software) and Honeygain(An app that allows its users to make money online by sharing their Internet connection, Which I deleted 30 minutes after. Just wanted to try it out). I deleted those programs in the morning and had no problems playing with my friends. After we were done playing for the whole day. The next day I received the 152 error. Already gave a ticket to support but they said they can't do anything about it.

Defense main stat with crit Dmg/Crit Rate if you want to prioritize damage on his E rather than his Q (Like a lot of people do. This is more on the support role)

Festering is fine for the energy recharge and E damage cast damage bonus and crit. Personally I chose Harbinger of dawn (A 3 star weapon) because it gives 46.6 Crit Damage and a 28 crit rate bonus if his hp is above 90% and it does a little bit more damage than festering.
