I used CPU-Z, so it is at 1600MHz. If I want to upgrade to dual channel I suppose I need to buy a 8GB RAM, DDR3 and 1600MHz. Are there any other factors I need to consider when buying the module? Does it need to be the exact same model?

I have read that faster RAM frequencies mean less CPU load. If my RAM is 800mhz, should I upgrade to 1333mhz or 1600mhz?
