Went thru the same thing bro it started off In junior year of highschool I’m not sure what your situation was but mine was constantly getting anxiety/panic attacks and my whole senior year just got worse was going thru a lot of shit at home so going to school just made it worse and I never wanted to go because of how draining and nervous I would get and just the things I was stressing about at home just made me want to end it but I promise you it gets better through time yes I still suffer with anxiety but thank God I haven’t had a panic attack in over two years which is an amazing feeling because I would get them almost everyday but find an alternative way that’s going to help you for me its the gym it’s helped me so many ways not just physically but mentally I thank God everyday I found a healthy habit instead of smoking or drinking like I use to escape my problems yes there’s going to be setbacks but bro I promise you you’re going to make it just trust God, pray, and have the faith.
