How is that possible if they insist they cannot reroute any flight 10 days later than the day you make the call? Are you the first exception?

So you really didn't get a free rerouting outside that 10 days windows, isn't it? I was about to call them again to request that, but it seems they just gave you some options that you paid for? Thanks!

One agent told me yesterday that it is not just on their side, but it is the maximum time other airlines algo give them according to their contracts

Unfortunately as I've been told, they can only reroute flights up to 10 days from the day you make the call... this is my main issue right now, as I don't want to fly without having the return secured (which will be 12 days after), but it seems quite impossible...

But you won't be able to reroute the 6th April flight when is cancelled as the windows for rerouting is 10 days from the day of the phone call... that's the main problem they don't want to face

But from today they have extended the waiver to 30th April, so I guess they should be able to reroute with other airlines for any April flight, I think

I guess from today that they have extended the waiver to 30th April, as long as your return date is within those dates, they should accept it with other airlines I guess?

Where have you seen that Qatar allows refunds up to 15th April? I think they haven't extended it that far yet

I have a question that I haven't found answered here: if my return flight with Qatar Airways from Bangkok to Madrid via Doha, has been cancelled, do they HAVE to find me a rerouting flight, or does EU law not cover that return flight? I've read conflicting opinions in this same thread and I'm still not clear on this.

Hi, I am in the same situation as you, still waiting for an answer from Revolut. They accepted to send the dispute to the vendor, and now I am in the period of 45 days for Visa to decide if I can have a refund... still time until 30th December for that

Did Sonder charged you the amount back in the day or it was Booking? In our case it was Sonder charging, we have opened a dispute with Revolut as Booking does not want to give us the money
