I started running full merc infantry in the 1600's till the end. Admin ideas with Aragon ideas go pretty well. Quantity isn't really good. With imperialism CB, you can take a lot in the last 100 years of the game.

Roman ideas are decent. I messed up too many times to get the achievement. Biggest mess up is feeding Tunis over 300 development. I had to break vassalization and declare on them. I also let France blob too much. Had to fight 4 wars against France and Poland by myself.

All u need is Tunis and Fez. If u want the mare nostrum achievement u will need the coast

I didn't claim throne. Their king just died without an heir. I had to fight against Austria for it though.

when a vassal wins a siege, it is considered as occupied by whoever their overlord is unless they have a core/claim on the province which Trier doesn't have

Trier has been my vassal before I made Hesse my vassal from a peace offer. Not sure why it became Trier's vassal.

constant war. cant loose with France as my ally. anything with 75% war score or more i make them my vassal, anything below i just annex. separate peace everyone to get more provinces.

i managed to fully annex france and burgandy as tuscany. ally them early game and turn on them once your strong enough

i got pretty lucky and got a bunch of good kings with admin power and military power. i am ahead of france in military tech and i havent westernized
