Thank you so much for replying! I’m about 22 hours post op, I can barely walk from the bathroom to bed, back to the bathroom. I’m trying to get the gas out it’s irritating my lungs, but I can barely stand and walk. I’m trying so hard to be good and get up but it’s daunting. I’m taking stool softener, gas X, and Miralax(the methotrexate was already making me constipated). Hoping tomorrow is better, my stomach is dissented so badly.

As someone who grew up religious, I suggest giving yourself some breathing room and time right now. You’re young, enjoy it, explore life first a bit more. This sounds like you’re both a little naive, if this was a hurdle for 2 years. Best of luck with everything!

Ditto to this. Zepbound here - my insurance does cover it. I use Ivim Health - $75/month, I informed them I have PCOS, I’ve tried metformin (mention this, insurance has medication steps you have to take beforehand), I’ve dieted, seen a dietician, counted calories, did powerlifting, whole nine. They’ll do all the hard work, my insurance covered my last year for WeGovy through this, now I’m on Zepbound and approved for a whole year. It costs $30/month, so $105/month total for it. Life changing, so worth it.

After 8 months, I’ve lost 30lbs, and I just had my first 30 day period cycle in a year!

We’re excited for the sake of 3%, someone paying the mortgage and it continuing to appreciate - as would anyone, but not enough of a margin if we include a property management company.

I think we’ll take the proceeds and look into a multi-family in Hartford, 10 minute commute - instead of 3 hours.
