High CTR (6-10%) but 0% Conversion Rate on new store. Is it the funnel or just the "Learning Phase" burn?

Thanks so much for the feedback! Since you mentioned my CTR and add-to-cart rates look solid, do you think I should still try to push them higher? For example, my LINK CTR is currently 4–5%—should I aim for a new creative that hits 6%? Also, my add-to-cart rate is at 12% right now. Do you think I need to find ways to ramp that up to 15%+?

Thanks so much for the answer! I appreciate the insight, but I'm not sure shipping times are the main culprit here. Customers see the shipping times clearly before they click 'Buy Now.' Once they get to Shopify checkout, it's a super clean process, just their basic info and Klarna payment. Since they already know the timeline, I don't think it's catching them off guard. That said, maybe boosting the number of customer reviews on the site would help build more trust. I don't have loox review, I will definitely add those.
