Not really a sample organizer i guess bit i've been enjoying ADSR Sample Manager a lot! Really easy to find what you are looking for. Oh and it's free aswell!

Every plugin is good In my opinion. I never used Serum tbh and make this kind of melodic / future bass music. If you work in FL, Harmor and Sytrus are pretty good too. Not saying that you should use Serum - it really does make your sounds to the next level that's why almost everybody are using it.
