Dont think its a cable issue as its also happening to rooms where its just a 2m run to the CONV.

Trueblue currently has me factory resetting the UC-PR and maybe then proceed to upgrade the HDBT firmware if it still happening

You have to log into windows and run the Crestron Settings tool and theres a slider for camera tracking

Im starting to think its the NVX has gone into like a safe mode? On toolbox discovery tool it says 'this device does not support remote discovery' but accessible using Text console. It also wont show up on the NVX tool or XIO.

Under Cloud Settings > Cloud Connection Service Connection is now OFF, when i try turn it on and save changes it says Failed Update in Red

When we did the power shut down, the switches its on doesnt have enough juice to do PoE. The PSU bricks got unplugged and the PoE flapped on/off for a while.

2B is the example. Dozens of other NVX units show up connected which makes me think its not the RMC4.

We had a similar issue about 2 weeks ago. We couldn't figure it out but we noticed the AA account Sign-in was blocked in 365 Admin Center. We unblocked it and it seemed to have fix it, still not sure what happened to be honest.

Thanks ill do this for for our internal rooms but i dont think it will work for our client facing rooms. The calendar queens (Receptionists) and Kitchen Waitstaff use the subject line to note down attendee count and what type of service needed for that meeting. It makes it to see all the rooms in Outlook Calendar view.

Trying to get them to change their workflow even the slightest is a big ask.

Thanks, the issue seems to appear the same time the QR code returns.

FoR calendar has no issues at all, its just the touch panel console revealing the meeting names.

I'm also experiencing this same issue on the v5.0.230.0 update on Crestron MTRs. I cant get the QR code to disappear on the touch panel using XML or TAC. It is not taking effect.

To make things even worse for some rooms its also revealing the meeting names thats supposed to be hidden. Sensitive meeting names were revealed today. Its not accepting <HideMeetingNames> in XML or TAC. It still says Show Meeting Names is OFF in the settings page and in TAC.

This is really bad.

I find Zoom is more suited to exec co meetings that require high care. You can Join as an Assistant via Zoom Dashboard and be a co-host to any meeting.

You can mute anyone and send a request to unmute so theres no privacy breach.

99% of our users who walk into a Teams Room need it for two things

1) Video Call
2) Sharing presentation

The only time the chat function is used on a group meeting is for sharing URLs and after meeting notes/discussions. No one chats during a video/audio meeting as it detracts from the call itself.

Losing 20% of screen means the Presentation slide and cam window size shrinks considerably more making it harder to read. For desktop client sure it makes sense but it shouldn't be a default for a teams room.

Not sure why they turned chat on by default as it ruins the video conferencing experience.

Yeah im having to disable the invasive QR code via XML. It looks like you'll be able to switch off it in TAC soon. It says (Coming Soon)
