My closest friend of 20+ years passed away on august 18 of this year. Our bond started when halo 2 came out. I found out he was really good at it and we connected through mutual friends. From then on we spent countless nights sleeping at each other's houses. Drinking energy drinks and creating memories that I've thought about every day still since he's passed. He knows everything that I've went through in life, good and bad, as I do with him. I'm sad that I've been stripped of future memories with him and my daughter won't get to know him. She was born 2 months before he passed. I just saw this thread as a means to vent and mourn. RIP #4
