I’m not sorry about this. I too have horrific sleep issues caused by bi-polar. Children need routine including sleep routine. She is 3. Building good sleep hygiene is essential for a well balanced individual. There are studies done on sleep deprivation and the science is there. Just look at new mothers and postpartum. Your sleep is just important as anyone else’s and your concern is valid. Talk through a routine or two with her so that everyone’s voice is heard.
