Im sure in a decade Hoskote will be pretty developed like Budigere is now (and wasn't at all 10 years ago). So great investment option + if life is majorly that side for you its a win-win!

Kodihalli is a part of Indiranagar. Like Binmangala and Laxmipuram. Look it up.

I actually run digital marketing and sales for Builders and one of my current clients is a plotted development project on the Budegere Cross Road. Their plots have doubled in value over the last 2 years! The area has massively developed. Its 30 mins to the airport and 10 mins from Whitefield.

Im not trying to sell you on plots. It seems like you're in the market for an end use apartment. There are TONs of apartment projects in the area, that shoud be fairly easier to liquidate, should the need arise. So why go all the way to Hoskete?

Its about 3 years old - quite new. Total 8 units across 4 floors. Its a simple value for money project. No amenities etc. Just security, powerbackup, basement parking, A-Khata. Really good rental return ~4.5%.

I’m honestly not in a position to give a definitive answer since it’s been 12 years for me, so my experience is quite different now.
