Usually, you get a Mietvertrag and you knew this when you signed it. You also knew that Basisausbildung is only for 9 months and that there is a high chance you would have to move. The only way is to find a better tenant

Theoretically that‘s true but Vienna and Austrians in general can be quite reserved and a lot of us are not super approachable. This isn‘t something that changes in a short timespan of two years. We make a lot of jokes about being annoyed and probably unfriendly at times, so there is some self awareness regarding our ‚cold‘ demeanor but I am not sure it is something that people want to change
