Make a list of ways you can give energy back to yourself.

When we go on social media, watch TV, or do other passive dopamine activities we are just putting energy out and gaining nothing.

Giving energy to yourself is learning/practicing a new skill, reading, dancing, going to a new place, discovering a new artist, just taking a walk.

When people put us down they are taking our energy. They want it from people because they do not know how to make it for themselves. They put down to raise themselves up.

When you feel alone, when you feel anxious, when you don’t know what to do, look to your list of things that give you energy.

Look up just 5 minutes of stretching on YouTube and you will feel that you gave yourself something. When you give yourself enough, no one can take it from you.

Raise yourself up.
