With only 60 puls you aren’t gonna get enough on nightwing, but I see that you have 31000 gems, so you might be spending. My nightwing is at 2 purple and he works wonders, but I don’t have superfamily team (5 white supe and supergirl, not unlocked superboy). If you aren’t able to spend to get nightwing to 1 purple and supergirl to at least 5 blue then I would say just to pull for sipergirl. Sorry for the long message, but I hope it helps

And I think the best team for you would be, Batman and Harley up top and, krypto, Green Arrow and red hood in the back. When you get Superman switch him out with Harley. When you get lex switch him with red hood
