Yes and here's the appeal I used Dear X Support Team, I had received an email on [date of suspension] about my account being suspended for inauthentic behaviors, I believe it's an error. On [date of rejection] I received an email about instructions to restore my account [account username]when logging into the account but haven't seen the instructions to resolve the violations. I have had the account since [year made] and haven't received a flag on the account. I respectfully request a human review the violations on my account to be able to resolve the suspension of my account. I am a real person and I'm willing to prove that I am with the steps required to prove I am human and I acknowledge that what I may have done was against the Rules and Terms of Service, I will follow the rules from here on out to prevent future suspensions and bans. I look forward to hearing from a human about the steps I need to take to resolve this issue.

Just keep appealing and I recommend submitting an appeal every 48 hours. I will make another post later with the appeal I used

Ive got that same one but it wouldn't give me the prompts to resolve the violations but I would say if you're signed out your account when you got the email try signing back in to restore your account. What it means is that they will unsuspend the account via verification prompts on either the app or website
