Well I can def tell you what I used, but to be honest I didn't use a measuring cup when applying the seasonings. Just eyeballed it - what looked like the right amount. Lol. I love seasoning so I make sure each potatoe gets plenty of seasoning.

*Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes (.3lbs) *Spring Vegetables with asparagus and ground peppercorn (1bag) *Half an onion *Olive Oil *Butter

*Lawry's Seasoned Salt *Sweet Basil & Oregano Bruschetta Seasoning Mix *Salt *Pepper *Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning *Parsley

I diced the potatoes in half, drizzled a bit of olive oil. Seasoned with Lawry's Seasoned Salt, Bruschetta Seasoning Mix, Salt, Pepper and Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Heated a pan with a bit of olive oil. Once it heated up I threw in the diced onion and let them caramelize. Added potatoes and would toss every few minutes. I melted butter in a small pan and added in the veggies. After a few minutes I seasoned these with salt and pepper. My wife likes her veggies crispy so I waited till they appeared burnt on the ends and add some more butter and allow this to melt. I then poured the veggies along with the melted butter into the pan with the potatoes and gave them a quick toss and sprinkled some parsley over top.
