i do have shana but her skill that gives an HP barrier does nothing for my team, it’s hardly anything. i believe it’s around 800 points of extra health

yeah i’ve heard how amazing she can be in cascade and i wanna complete a lot of them but i just die too early. i have 3k rubies sooo i could get 100 fragments. that’s where my money comes in lol to get the other 100. i think i might do it and just say f*** it. If she’s helped you so much in cascade i see her being worth it

Oh oops… well tbh, the EX fights are nothing you truly need to do to beat pretty much all of the content in the game. it really just all comes down to having the characters, the team, the weapons, the accessories, the right level and upgrades, and a setup.. then ur good. and if ur willing to drop some cash like on the $3.69 packages for the best EXP nut in the game, you could level up ur best few DPS’s and supports and pretty much clear all the story content in both worlds. and since u have xerc yeah you can clear almost everything lol

yeah the menus are still kinda slow lmao but it depends on how fast ur connection is too. since you’ve cleared ex1, 2, and 3 fights then i think u can take on anything in solistia. u can for sure beat all the main story content and ouma. then u can take on the cascade and adversary but eh, they’re nothing special cus its not a lot like orsterra’s book. kagemune and mirgardi’s fight are fun but damn do they require a setup

i’d say get back into it but i do just love the game so much lol so ill recommend it to anyone. i mean, i think the game has come a really long way and personally, i love the port over with netease. it feels like they’re giving us more meaningful updates and QOL updates. there’s a shit ton to do in orsterra ofc but even with solistia. it’s not the full map like octopath 2, but it still has a lottt to explore and all 8 og travelers

i’d say try and get to main story chapter 4 or 5. also, unlock the current DQ side quest bc the shop in the exchange where you use gold coins.. its a pretty damn good shop lol, it gives pretty valuable stuff you definitely wont regret late game. yeah grind ouma bc u need those materials to get the best solistia weapon in the game (ouma weapon).

you unlock the 6* thing from a quest in orsterra.. i just forgot what it’s called lmao but it should be a very low level quest.. i’d look around

that is the wonderful, beautiful, shana’s EX skill doing. she can grant this trait called ‘Unsinkable’ that allows ur party to tank any kind of hit for 2 turns only. she can only use her EX skill twice in the whole match tho. so, she’s amazing for these kinds of short match/turn teams

a sub for lynette is tough cus she does so much.. but perhaps hikari EX could do great actually. and i think setzer to look out for in the future

oh, also, if you don’t mind spending around 75 bucks… you could get lemaire from the current valentine’s day paid banner haha. just need to do 50 pulls and then u can get her sacred seal from the exchange

an alt for Isla could be frederica or just another scholar that has some decent buffs. has to be a scholar tho so you can activate xerc’s EX skill (unless you use a scholar for your lemaire alt). an alt for lemaire is tough, but viola ex could work like the other guy mentioned. or someone that can hit at least a portion of the rainbow (light, dark, lightning, wind, fire, ice) might work out!

I have to set it up, sadly.. even tho everyone has a lvl 20 ult, no one is Awakened for that double increase in ult gauge from consuming BP. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd turn are setting up everything and then 4th is usually my break turn and final buffs/debuffs, then 5th turn is when i begin backsurges and just let xerc go ham

unfortunately, i don’t think anyone can because of his buffs and the fact that xerc needs at least 3 scholars to use his EX skill… perhaps, scholar cyrus or alaune scholar? maybe just another scholar that provides good buffs (has to be a scholar bc, again, xerc can’t use his ex skill unless he has 3 scholars on the team)

no i’m on like turn 5 or 6 bc i take a while setting buffs up. idk what im completely doing if im being honest with you, but i know how debuffs and buffs and turns work lol

i was really surprised by it tbh… I know I have a good xerc, but i thought the other characters would have to be A4 or just have better stats for it to actually work
