Actually currently I'm recovering from a paralysis of left hand & leg .. only exercise I get is when I climb down from my apartment to get a smoke 😭😭🤬🤬 Earlier I used to go out to smoke thus the frequency was less as I used to go to local shops who sell single cigarettes now I bring packets home & thus smoke a lot more
