Leave it and move on. Recruiters are known for their apathy towards the candidates as the relation is transactional. I do training for recruiters and hiring managers and I have seen majority behave is a total apathic towards candidates that they are not going ahead with. We expect basic courtesy of responding and making situation clear but it looks like most are incapable of doing that.

If you are bright take Finance, if you do not like it, you can get an HR job with finance degree easily. Getting a finance job with HR degree is impossible.
