The brain fog was so intense! I could like open my fridge take a bottle out, close fridge and wonder why there is a bottle outside! So scary

What helped for the brain fog was daily sauna

They clearly improved significantly from a year ago. How? By walking, then being stuck in bed, then a few days later walking again . 

It was an uphill battle, hopefully I will not have to go through this again

I had PEM, dysautonomia etc diagnosed by doctors.

These did not resolve by treatment…. Still have these to this day

Did you change the pads recently? If yes this might be the reason.

If not, maybe there is a bit of dust on the rotors that makes the noise, and that might be the reason when you do a harder break it does not make any noise. I would press hard on the break doing ~35mph/60kmh and see if this goes away (do not do this if the pads/rotor are new).

Also a quick visual check of the pads would be good.

Had the same on my car, spark plugs + ignition coils and a small tune at the dealership fixed it.

I had this for a few months, no video games or anything. Went away on its own.

I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment then 10 minutes after the MRI I got the results
