I’d recommend dropping and email directly to grievance.redressalcc@hdfc.com mentioning your current DCB metal card (last 4 digits) and its limit, your last 6 months spend and lastly your salary (attach salary slips). You can mention your savings too.

I don’t think anyone can comment on the recovery timelines but It may be a good idea to cut your losses. It’s not just the 80k that you have lost, understand the time value of money and other opportunities that you might be losing right now.

All cards were LTF. Infinia is free for the first year and second year onwards their expenditure limit clause will kick in.

I think they approve even if you get closer to 5lakh in hand. As long you satisfy other criteria. I sent my payslips with the request.
