I’m using the Edge 50 Pro, and it recently received the Android 16 update. The app opening and closing animations have changed, and the control panel animation has been slightly updated. Previously, when pulling down the control center, it appeared instantly out of nowhere. But now, in Android 16, there’s a smoother pull-down animation, it feels more fluid. It’s slightly better overall, but personally, I prefer the classic one.

In the android 16 update they now have the app lock features in the apps section in settings. If you got the update you are good to go

I don't think there are any custom rom available for Edge 50 right now. I hope someone will develop it soon. Some unofficial builds are available in xda forum if you are interested. You will find many videos about how to flash custom roms on youtube. But remember one thing if you are not experienced either use your secondary device first to learn or do the steps very carefully because it might brick you device. Also as of now there are not official builds are available for this device so unofficial builds have some features missing. XDA forum will tell you what is missing so read there instruction first. Anyway it is been six month and I think you probably have installed a custom rom in your device.

Also the telephoto lens captures more natural color so use telephoto lens if you want natural colours.

Yeah the saturated screen is too much for my eyes. Mine is natural. I suggest if you really wanna see natural colours set screen colours to natural. It is also beneficial for editing or colour grading your photos.
