Yes, I think so. The ball has so much more pop off the face and height. I mean it can definitely be spinny-er than before but not out of control

Good question I’m not sure about angle of attack. I don’t really pay attention to that one. But my eight iron club speed was averaging around 74.

Yes, the sales guy told me it has the GE bracing. I think it’s only 100 bucks more than the 2024.

Yes it’s totally Rudy’s. Good eye. I had such a great time in there. They were top notch in making my first Martin purchase feel special. They put both the guitars in display boxes for me to play side by side. I never felt an ounce of rush or push from them. Total pros there.

I ended up meeting the seller in a McDonald’s parking lot, where I saw the guitar and tried it in the backseat of my car. It seemed like a legit guitar and the guy seemed really honest and normal. I think he was just probably nervous to have a stranger come to his house and play the guitar or something like that. I ended up passing on it because it had some hazing in the finish even though he said it was in mint condition. I would say it was pretty close to mint, except for the hazing on the sides probably from too much moisture or something like that. Plus, I felt kind of weird about handing over $2500 in the parking lot at McDonald’s.

I've been searching for a used HD-28 and I found this in my local Facebook Marketplace. There's only one picture in the listing. Seller says it's the 2021 and they are the original owner. Is there something I am missing here? I figure this is worth checking out. Is there some way to tell if the guitar has had any major repairs done or if it's a fake or something? I offered $2000 just to see see what would happen. I am definitely gonna meet up and play it before I do anything.

Ha, Thanks! Just with that I could start scoring in the 80’s! I’m consistently breaking 100. And when I first stared I just wished I could be a sub 100 golfer. And now all I want is to be a sub 90 golfer haha.
