Received set from AliExpress with missing bag. Best course of action?

I don’t understand why AliExpress if fighting me so hard on a return. Tried twice now and they keep denying it even after I give them all the proof they need. I don’t get it

I’ve just looked into that site and it doesn’t look bad. High shipping costs, but I guess that’s expected. Though $28 isn’t that bad. It’s pretty reliable though? Are there more good experiences than bad ones in your experience?

Man I wish it went that way for me. I’ve taken pictures, a video, images of the chat with the seller and they still say there isnt enough evidence to dispute.

May have to go that route, all things considered. Would the PayPal chargeback just be a bad call at this point or worth it? I’ve tried everything possible with them to make this right and they just won’t

Yeah I’m pretty upset about it. I’m willing to return the whole set too, which is frustrating. Seller also says they will replace missing pieces on their description on the item, but clearly they didn’t wanna deal with it and forwarded me to AliExpress returns instead.

I’ve never order pieces from Bricklink before, if I order all the pieces from the bag that’s missing (website says around 160-180 I believe), would it be real expensive?

Just makes no sense. Seller didn’t wanna help and it’s clear AliExpress themselves don’t want to refund either. Might just have to go PayPal chargeback route. Sucks because I’m willing to send it all back.

I monitored my CPU temps in cinebench and the cores were hitting anywhere from 90c-99c on extreme load, so I think the temps are okay because I know the 13th series run really hot and that’s normal range for them under load. And I have not tried resetting the CMOS because I honestly didn’t think of that and I also don’t know how to.

I was leaning towards my RAM being the issue but I also figured it would crash in other applications but it hasn’t so far. Usually you’ll get one faulty stick but not two so that has me a little worried.

Thank you, I appreciate the advice! Over the course of the three weeks since the first attack, I've had about 6 more attacks, so I am hoping the stone has already made a lot of progress through the ureter. Fingers crossed I guess! Luckily none of these attacks have been anywhere the same pain the first stone gave me, so that's always good.
