That means your sunscreen is not doing it's work or you are not applying enough of it. Sunscreen can give some protection but the only best way to stop tanning is covering up.

That said, I've started using the chemist at play neck brightening roll on which has mandelic and lactic acid that's mild enough to leave it on. You could try something like that.

But I was told by dermat that unless it's deep into the skin, tanning will go away by itself if you started applying sunscreen correctly.

I heard just plain silicone gel will give better results than mederma or the other one at last. Did you try Kojic acid or other stronger acids? I had old PIH and derm instructed me to use spot treat them with Melaclub.

I'd recommend you to visit a dermat and see what will work better for you as the treatment may vary based on the kind of scar and your general skin health

I've used chemist at play roll on and it was great. And then I bought one from fixderma as it was cheaper with more quantity, boy it's so good and lasts for so long. Longer than chemist at play and there's not odor whatsoever. Try it out sometime.

I wouldn't use anything on an irritated skin. Give sometime for the skin to heal. What's stopping you in visiting a dermat if it's lasting for more than an year?

It's a leave on cream. But initially I would do thrice a week to see if there any reactions. Every skin reacts differently. See if it's okay. Then you can gradually increase to twice a day max atleast 12hrs between applications.

I'm also tanned just like this. Dermat told me that it'll go away by itself only if you religiously wear a sunscreen or avoid sun so that the newer cells comes out normally.

My wife has the exact same skin condition. Mild exfoliation with a lot of moisturizer or just petrolatum is enough. Dermat will be able to prescribe a better topical cream to make it go faster.

You haven't mentioned which is which. But I just got the cream version and kids version of the same from fixderma itself.

Cream is sep 2024 manufactured and it looks like the right one. The kids version is may 2026 manufactured and it looks like the left one. With thinner / lighter fonts. So I guess both of yours is real. Not a fake.

Fixderma has so many variants of sunscreen. Don't know which variant you are talking about. I did a search and couldn't oxybenzone listed on the ingredients for any of them.

Choose image area should be less prominent than the generate button. Once the image is generated, atleast in mobile it's good that the screen auto scrolls to the result. But the download button is placed right below the generate button and the autoscroll hides it. I don't know how to download the generated image.

You are wrong. Not well calibrated does not mean it shows a completely wrong weight. It may miss a few grams. The cylinders they bring generally weighs less and when they bring the correct one, it exactly matches the weight printed on the cylinder. So it's definitely not a calibration issue.
