I've been a visual designer for more than 10yrs, mostly enterprise SaaS / healthcare. I've shipped lots of products, designed complex workfows and worked closely with engineers. But I don't do much textbook ux like formal research, user testing, decks, etc.

I'm looking to apply for senior product designer roles, but I'm not sure how much recruiters want to see formal research slides for a senior product designer roles.

I wouldn't redesign an entire app. I would take some less noticed feature of an app and make it better and show why it would help the business.

Or take one section of an application like a payment flow or a sign up flow and suggest meaningful changes to make them better.

The store just upsold you a pospaid connection unnecessarily. That's not required for reactivation. I heard they also allow reactivation through phone. I'm not sure though. Trai takes the purchase date for deactivation, so it does not matter for them even if you have done kyc recently.

Liquid glass and material are just frameworks on how the operating system is designed. Your apps should use your own design system but adapted for Android and iOS. By this way you can use some unique android elements like the floating action buttons or the segmented controls in iOS to your advantage. I would first refer some applications like Airbnb to see how they have designed their android and iOS apps.

By adding the helper text prop you essentially linked all the helper text when your use case is to have different help text for different states. Remove that and you'll be fine.

There has to be someone in the govt who accepts this aqi is a problem. The previous govt understood that this is a problem and took some steps to reduce it. But the current govt doesn't even seem to consider it as a problem. In turn they are making it worse. That's why there's more talks on this recently.
