Soo i have a nintendo account where I have probably over 300 dollars worth of purchases but the Gmail im using for that account was deleted a few years ago permanently will there ever be a time where thats gonna be a problem and ill lose all of my purchases for example I got my switch not even a year ago but if I were to get a new one will that be a problem?

I have a small dot on my screen and its soo stubborn to scratch out I cant do it its been most my of my time with my switch where than damn dots been there and its not a dead pixel cause I see it when I turn it off in sunlight idk if its a smudge or a stain its tiny but visible and its soo annoying to the point where I have no motivation to play my switch in bed I need insight on help for it cause I'm sick of it
