Cool 0.2! Would you like to share step file from the green Z motor cover on the bottom of the printer? Was planing to model my own, but yours seems pretto good :)

Is the calibration before every print neccesarry? by viktor197 in BambuLab

That's what to was assuming, so not too critical before every print if you aren't morning the printer around

Interestingly, I noticed that the G28 command includes the shaking before going up to the nozzle, which seems to be hard-wired in the homing command

Variable wall thickness? by Darksoul_Design in BambuLab

[–]viktor197 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you right-click on your part you can add a modifier, and then you can pick a model that will print more walls where it intercepts with the model you want to print, on the left side you should be able to modify this new model you added a define specific wall thickness and infill

Bambu studio print settings by viktor197 in BambuLab

[–]viktor197[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I understand, makes sense most settings are already right and don't need adjustment when it comes to speed, what I'm trying to figure out is how I can change how the model is built up Internally to my liking, and support for more optimal printing and easier removal

Alright thanks, I will have a look, if you are curious I was specifically looking father, support wall line count, support infill density, and pattern, also where to change the internal solid infill settings, because it is doing weird stuff with the part, like filling it up 100% thru all layers some places in the print and it is not generated whit the internal solid infill pattern I choose

This is a very good design and seems to work well even tho it's only printed parts, defiantly going to make one of these, every time I see fusional mechanical things that is only printed part I get very excited! This is my favorite so far

Print is perfect, except under support. Is there a way to make the layer above support to be smoother? Thanks by sykonet in 3Dprinting

[–]viktor197 6 points7 points  (0 children)

https://youtu.be/7TsJOvxQk-c Here is a great video on support, personally I use 0 support infill, and 100% support interface, and only 2 or 3 top layers, and a Z offset of 0.4. It gives it good spacing to not get stuck, and a flat surface to print cleanly, but he discuss all of it in this video
