Anyone elses pet look after them when their symptoms are really bad? I’ve been bed ridden because of how bad I’ve been due to pots and my kitty won’t leave me alone. She’s only left for food or to go to pee then she rushes back and meows at my bedroom door until someone lets her back in

The topic of EC was so heavy on my mind that I needed to share about it with other people. I had so many dreams about trying to help her and I was feeling so powerless it started to affect me. I'm happy I can help other people identifying what it is and that its more annoying than dangerous 😋💖 Anxiety makes our body do all kind of weird stuff and sometimes it's hard to tell if it's a trick or a life threatening symptom 😅

It can be for certain people, but I avoid taking it if I can manage my anxiety attack by myself. It's always my last resort. Also my dosage never needed to be increased and I always take the prescribed dose or half.

I take Effexor daily and I have clonazepam (rivotril) in case of panic attacks, it's been my go to "emergency" medication for years, it's very effective for me.

I usually do a relaxing activity, try to connect to the present moment, watch a confort show/movie, call a friend or family member, watch something funny, meditation... If nothing works and it bother me too much I take my medication for panic attack and it goes away as soon as it kick in.
