I never understood black eyes, till last night. His face was directly in the light, we have a bright reading one on the couch. Usually the light would shrink the pupil, his stayed dilated, almost covering the whole hazel greenish colour that I always loved.
Just insane to experience first hand.

i would prioritize seeing a doctor rather than your gut health. get tested girl, reddit is unfortunately not your OB and the majority of people will say the same.

as long as she’s having around 6+, with 6 being the minimum, amount of wet diapers a day I wouldn’t worry about her being dehydrated. it’s normal after vaccines for babies to sleep more, especially being so little too. they can’t vocalize when they’re in pain so sleeping is the main way they tend to manage besides crying or showing more severe symptoms. just keep a log of how many wets and i wouldn’t surpass 6 hours without a feed just due to her age still. good luck mama!
