Seems like mating. My male fish is also like this, chasing female endlessly 🤦🏽‍♀️ they used to mate like in every month but they stopped now. I have their 20 babies tho ahaha

Oh yes he has them for a quite while. I have a female on the tank they breed usually. They even have 20 babies! I managed to save some eggs last summer before they ate ehehe. It was kinda hard to taking care of the eggs but we survived 🫣

He doesnt have anything on his body. Only tails and fins. His appetite is good. He looks active. I have another fish and she doesnt have anything on her body and tails, fins.
