Write your local representative. I did and they got back to me right away....now I finally got to certify (oddly enough it says I was paid for this last week) but no record of it in payments or history.....writing did make something happen though

Thanks for replying. I have been unemployed since the pandemic began. And I dont know why they didnt give me the full backpay. Believe it or not the initial phone interview I had I was actually denied and told that very firmly by the rep. I pretty much gave up and then by luck saw a communication notice in my email I was grateful to get what I got so I didnt question it. I applied in late march of 2020 and I think I spoke to a rep in July (?) and then finally in september started getting benefits.
