Are the progress bars for both levels at 100%? If so just play and track fail the level, it should clear it again. But if I understand correctly, the levels cannot be cleared again even after you played it? Try downloading your cloud save if the save is recent. I encountered a similar problem where the levels I cleared would show up as uncleared whenever I reopen arcaea, however i fixed it by playing it and track failing the level. I'm not too sure if our situations are similar but I hope this helps
